Johnson Assisted Living (JAL) is designed to:

· Provide the peace of mind that comes with 24-hour personalized health

care services on-site.

Our spacious apartments offer you that homelike atmosphere where friendship, caring and a sense of belonging are found. At JAL you design an individualized health service program with our Health Care Professional to ensure your needs are being met. We offer five levels of care. Each level of care includes a variety of services and assistance. You pay only for basic services in addition to the level of care for which you are assessed. All apartments rent on a month-to-month basis. There are no buy-in fees.

Your new apartment home includes the following basic services and amenities:

· 24-hour, personal care staff

· Registered Nurse consultations

· Three restaurant-style meals served daily

· Emergency pull-cords & pendants

· Weekly housekeeping

· Weekly laundry & linen service

· Choice of apartment sizes from Studio to One Bedroom

· Kitchenette and accessible bath

· Chapel & faith-based services

· Life-enriching leisure programs

In addition to the basic services, additional levels of Personal Assistance Services are available and tailored to meet each resident’s specific needs.
